Internet sign personally greets visitors in foyers!

Munich, 23.04.2007 - Until now, visitors in company foyers were not often personally greeted Instead it was expected that they report to reception and state if they would like to visit and why. It is particularly annoying if the reception personnel are also not informed about the visit and must first enquire by telephone.  

The Munich based firm, friendlyway, has come up with a new, specialised internet service for this. With it, visitors in reception and waiting areas can be personally greeted or called upon. In the extended version, the visitors will even be addressed by a virtual receptionist- a digital, in real-time generated, avatar

The visitor information can be automatically exported to the company's own visitor administration, over a programme interface designated for this. Alternatively to this, the firm can also manually record the visitor information, over an internet site. The friendlyway service does not just cover the use of software, but also different sized interactive display screens with integrated PC and internet access.
