friendlyway: Internet even in thunder and lightning

Munich, 15.09.2000. friendlyway AG is offering a new generation of the friend@outdoor product line from October. These information systems are protected against weather and vandals and can therefore bring the Internet to bus stops, petrol stations, pedestrian zones and many more attractive locations.

Both the trade and the pure Internet provider are looking for opportunities to merge the so-called online and offline world. Whereas in the past the Internet providers have relied on customers coming to them, Internet offers are now coming to the customers. Indeed to the locations where the customers prefer to stop and stop frequently.

The newly presented friend@outdoor line is even able to do this in its extreme form. With the totally waterproof housing and the sophisticated "climate technology", the system can even be employed in extreme situations, without compromises having to be made in the design.

friendlyway offers medial customer communication in public locations, on the move via mobile telephony solutions and at home via the familiar Internet access.
