Dr. Florian Langenscheidt Joins the Board of friendlyway AG

At this year's Annual Shareholders' Meeting offriendlyway AG, Dr Florian Langenscheidt was unanimously elected asthe sixth member of the Board.
As a board member, Dr. Florian Langenscheidt chiefly representsTransatlantic Ventures AG, in addition to his other responsibilities.

Dr. Florian Langenscheidt - Biographical Details:

Born in Berlin in 1955;

German Studies, Journalism and Philosophy at Munich;

Doctorate "summa cum laude" in Advertising;

Studied Publishing at Harvard and Cambridge;

two years in Publishing in New York;

Master of Business Administration at INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France;

Board Member of the Bibliographical Institute & F. A. Brockhaus AG (publishers of BROCKHAUS, MEYER and DUDEN, 1988-2001);
